Yes, you can play Destiny TTK at the same time, because when you download a digital game onto a different console, it adds a 'temp' license for that user, as long as the account that has bought Destiny is on the console the game should be fine. Oct 26, 2013 - If you download the game on a secondary console, only you will be able to play that game. There's no limit to the number of consoles you can download a game on, but only two games can be played concurrently — one on your primary system, one on a secondary console, which you must be logged into.

How Game Sharing Works
There are two switch consoles in my house so I got to try game sharing first hand. This is how it works:
If you have a digital game on your switch and you want to share it you need to create a new profile on the second switch and link that profile with the Nintendo account used to purchased said game. Once you are done, you can go to the eShop with that account and download the game using the re-download option. However, the game will only be playable with the profile linked to the account that purchased the game and not with the other profiles. So, if you had a save file under a different profile, you will not be able to use that safe file with the new profile.
This works for both purchased games and DLC's. My SO had purchased the expansion pack for XBC2 and I was waiting to get it physically, now, I can play Torna using his account on my switch and I don't need to purchase it anymore, which is great.
Edit: This process DO NOT transfer the save file from the original switch to the other, all it does is that it lets you download the games purchased with that account on to another switch. You could move the save file by downloading it from a could backup, but you can have two separate local save files as well. I, for instance, am playing Isaac which was purchased digitally by my SO and I am not using his save file.
Edit 2: It's not necessary to be online all the time while playing a shared game on a secondary console. This is only needed while starting the game since the console does a license check. Once the game is running it can be played offline.
Edit 3: I was able to play the same game in two consoles as long as one of the two is playing while offline. I don't know if it will try to check the license after a while. I just have the same game opened in both consoles right now and I'll wait to see for how long it works.
Edit 4: I was able to play the same game in both consoles for over an hour and it worked fine until both consoles went online. As soon as both consoles where online it suspended the game in the secondary console, but it never forced me to go online to check for license while I was playing offiline.
Edit 5: It is also possible to play the same game online in two different consoles as long as the game is being played on another account on the primary console (not the same account used to purchase). This way both consoles can be online and still play the same game.
Edit 6: Using the method described in Edit 5 it is possible to play multiplayer games online with each other. I just tested it with fast RMX and it is working. Both of the accounts used must be subscribed to NSO though.

Digital Download Game
If you’re having problems trying to download a digital game, follow the steps at Problems downloading a game or app on Xbox One.
Notes
- Even though you can leave a game installed on another person’s console, they will not be able to play it unless they also own the game. Instead, they’ll be prompted to insert the disc or purchase a digital copy.
- Regional restrictions may apply in some cases, as not all games are available in every country. For more information, see Xbox One locales FAQ.
- Each Xbox One console must have either a digital or physical copy of a game. For example, if you have other Xbox One consoles in your home and other people want to play the same game with you using those additional consoles, each console must have its own copy of the game.
- In order to play multiplayer games online, you must have an Xbox Live Gold subscription.
